Dr. Thomas Dayspring is a Diplomat of both the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Clinical Lipidology. He is also a Fellow of both the American College of Physicians (FACP), and a Fellow of the National Lipid Association (FNLA). He is also a certified menopause practitioner by the North American Menopause Society. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School and is on the staff (Department of Medicine) at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson and Wayne, NJ. His private medical practice of 36 years is currently limited to consulting men and women patients with complex lipid disorders and or atherosclerotic heart disease.

Tara Dall, MD graduated in the first class of Diplomates of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology and is President-Elect of the Midwest Lipid Association; her clinic has been nationally recognized as the first fully certified Level II lipid clinic in the United States. She is also one of a handful of United States physicians treating pediatric dyslipidemia. She attended University of Wisconsin-Madison for undergraduate, medical school training, and family medicine residency.

Keith C Ferdinand, MD, is a clinical cardiologist and was previously the Medical Director of Heartbeats Life Center, and Professor of Clinical Pharmacology at Xavier University College of Pharmacy in New Orleans. In the community, Dr. Ferdinand was the principal investigator, and present board member, of the Healthy Heart Community Prevention Project, a cardiovascular risk program targeting African American and other high-risk populations. Healthy Heart is a nationally recognized model for community-based health outreach and intervention. He was host and producer of “Health Issues 2000,” a community cable talk show, and previously produced “You and Your Health,” a local radio talk show in New Orleans.

Peter Howard Jones, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Center for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention at the Baylor College of Medicine. He also serves as co-director of the Lipid Metabolism and Atherosclerosis Clinic, and as the Medical Director for the Weight Management Center in The Methodist Diabetes and Metabolism Institute.

Dr. Underberg is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at NYU Medical School and the NYU Center for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention .He is the Director of the Bellevue Hospital Primary Care Lipid Management Clinic and is also a member of the executive committee of the Division of General Internal Medicine.

John E. West, M.D., F. A.A.F.P. is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology since 2008, Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine since 1988, Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and a member of the National Lipid Association. He has been in solo private practice in Snellville, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta, since 1988.

Dr. Cromwell received his doctoral degree in medicine from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed residency training at the Trover Clinic Foundation in Madisonville, Kentucky were he received one of twenty national Mead Johnson Graduate Fellowships. Subsequently, he completed postgraduate work in Lipid Disorders at the Washington University School of Medicine Lipid Research Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
