Dr. McDougall and Senate Bill 380 John McDougall MD authored a bill in the California State Senate (SB 380) in order to require California doctors to receive continuing education about the relationship between diet and common diseases. The bill, with some modification, passed 7 to 1 in the Senate Business & Professions Committee.
